OMG Mel! I just think that's horrid! In our mother's group quite a few of the girls were all like... omg how painful was it etc etc etc and I said... ummmm nope I really enjoyed it actually...lol. As I said to you the other day, for me I honestly was not in pain at all. In fact the only thing that did cause me more discomfort and ok a little pain was when the doc dude was feeling around to see what was making Oskar be in distress so much and that hurt cos he was pushing his hand up and my body was trying to get things down and out! Honey, the main thing is you know your body knows what to do and I think that you are ready for a wonderful experience.
Oh and what hoobley said When you're deep in labour you can really get to questioning your ability to go on (ALL mothers, not just VBACers). Remember that birth is a journey of 1000 steps and your baby NEVER needs you to go further than just one more step. You can do that Mel, you can always do just one more step.
that's true. I remember saying I couldn't do it anymore, well obviously I did...lol. I can't wait to meet your baby![]()

The one thing I had to keep reminding myself though was why I was doing it, my head kept thinking "if only I had the c/s I wouldn't be so uncomfortable & I'd have my bubba now" but in my heart I knew I was doing the right thing.
you naughty girl!! Soooo made me laugh though! I went 4 days over, nothing major. I had no pre labour, no show or anything either. My waters didn't even break! No wonder I was in denial and didn't even realise until I was about 4-5 mins apart and said to DH that maybe we should call the hossy! pmsl @ me I tell ya! I can't wait to get a text from you though, omg it's soooo exciting, ok I know I've already said that but IT IS!
