Yes I have heard that the female orgasm (can I say that) releases oxytocin which can get things going in the labour department. Apparently it is more effective then just DTD.
    Have fun tonight

    Goooooooooooooooooooooo Mel!!!!!
So nice to hear of someone else that uses cloth nappies! My gorgeous little man is 15 mnths and in clothies. I dont care what the excuses are how can disposable nappies be bad for the environment? I recycle my grey water and the chemicals you use cant be as bad as the years it takes to break down those nappies!I am also still feeding him and we are loving it! Congrats on your beautiful baby and good luck!

Don't wear him out too much - you need him to be awake for the labour and delivery!!

Good luck with every thing Mel, I know that you can! Have you been talking to your baby and telling it that you are more than ready to meet them now? I was doing that for a while to tallk them into coming ! I had a VB with my 1st which was a long drawn out affair , so was convinced all would be perfect with no 2 but he was breech so had a caeser after they tried turning him in utero ( was terrible!) That little darling is 12 now and my no3 is 15 mnths and the light of our lives! I was hoping for a VBAC and told that I had a 67o/o chance. That is great odds so dont you worry about the nay sayers, you will do it your way and in the end ..... what does it matter how they get here when you hold that little gift of love in your arms?

Amysarah! Me thinks there are less tiresome ways for Mels DH to get the oxy action happening then actually DTD. Come on, it's all about Mel ATM. . . hehe

My ob said there were three hot things to bring on labour:

    1. Hot food
    2. Hot cars
    3. Hot sex

So whip up a curry, go for a very bumpy ride and put DH to work tonight!!! (LOL, he was actually being lighthearted when he said it...)

That's interesting Jennifer. The day before I had Nina, I had curry, we went for a bumpy ride, and we dtd! And none of that was intentionally to bring on labour either

as for the bumpy rides... can't think of any places around here on the coast.... might have to ask DH...
as for the hot sex... pfft.. its winter.. no hot sex here.. lol
