Kim that almost made me spit my coffee at the computer screen - work is wondering why I've got the giggles - I LOVE IT

Maybe we should start trying reverse psychology on Rabbit - saying it is perfectly fine for Rabbit to stay in there until they're 18

pmsl @ Kim... yup... perfectly worded.

Punkin - I've tried the reverse psychology - in the shower just before I was stroking my belly and saying... its ok.. you can stay in there as long as you want.. mummy doesn't mind.... I don't mind if you want to be an August baby....

    pffft... yeah right...

    hehehe
nah its ok... keep em comin.. I just rang my OB's rooms and the receptionist told me that the hospital is very much for VBAC's and the OB that is on call is lovely, so I will be ok if I go into labour.
Still, can't go for that walk cos I have misplaced my house key... I'm locked in!! LOL

When dh takes the car, I don't have a key either! I leave the back door closed - so it looks locked, but it's not (how bad is that!) and never stray too far from the house... Thats if you wanted to go for a walk...

Mel I think you're gonna go this weekend
When is your next scheduled appointment with your OB?

Hey out of curiosity, how did you find your appointments with the midwives at the hospital? How many times did you have to see them? I recon Selangor must be the only private hospital that does shared care between the OB's and midwives. It's a great idea. I wish mine did that!
I keep hoping for a miracle that we move to the Sunshine Coast

lol @ cass. if only it was that easy to rid the world of stupidity.. pmsl... ahhh.. just kidding.. I'm a bit dopey cos I just woke up.

Spice - my next OB appointment is on tuesday, when she will try to do a S & S... not looking forward to that I can tell you. And I'm not sure if all OB's up here do a shared care with middies cos my first OB didn't - but this one does. I've seen the middies 4 times (which saves me $70 each time ).

I think you should just bite the bullet and move to the Sunshine Coast.. its nice up here - less tourists than the Goldie.. lol

Scone -I skipped the walk.. took a nap instead..

I had a heart attack Mel - this thread was on page 12 of new posts and I got all excited and said to DH - I think Mel is in hospital, and then I saw a post in another thread and the little cheeky green light was flashing at me. I've said, oh she's online and DH goes - ooooh maybe she had to leave the computer on!

    Kim love it!

I agree with Sarah hun, the S & S isn't much to be worried about and hopefully they will tell you everything is soft, effaced and dilating C'mon Lil' wabbit it's time to come and play!

Sarah - thanks for the reassurance.. I've heard that they hurt heaps!!!! Don't really like the thought of things being stuck up there unnecessarily - hard enough to imagine something is going to come out of there!!! LOL

I second the endorsment of the Sunshine Coast.

Mel, I haven't interacted very much with you (I would have gone to the Pioneer Park meet, but I work Tuesdays), but I've read alot of your postings so I know you are a wonderful person and you can do this VBAC (as soon as Rabbit decides its time of course)

Rabbit, its time to meet your Mum, Dad & brother!

    Go Mel!

Thanks Snowy for your support I've been a bit worried about going into labour over the weekend, and just noticed in another thread that you saw Dr Orford? That is who is on call this weekend, I have been going to Dr Small (who I absolutely love) so was a bit worried about how he would stand with me going for a VBAC. Can you shed any light on what he is like for me? I'd really appreciate any information. Thanks !!!

Oh and thanks for saying I'm a wonderful person!!! That totally made my day !!!!
