Sarah
congrats on the arrival of your princess and I can so empathise with you. I too wanted VBAC but was told it wasnt an option a day before I was due to have my waters broken.
At the end of the day I love the fact that I have a healthy baby boy here and it doesnt actually matter how he came into this world.
The 1st day or so after the c section are not the best and I certainly wouldnt look forward to them again but once you have bubs with you it wont seem so bad and well worth it all.

I hope you can work this out within yourself as you are a great mum and your older kids will not remember the few weeks you couldnt assist them but all the good times you spent with them before and since.

take care
