Hi girls, this is for a friend...

Do you keep donor sperm (waiting for insem) in the fridge or keep it warm?

it needs to be kept warm (but not above body temperature) - and taken to the clinic for processing within an hour of being "produced"

well, that's what happened for our IUI's anyway...

Definitely kept warm Tanya, at body temp. And like BG says, not kept outside the body for too long.
