Default Trainee Doula looking for exprience on the Central Coast
Hi

My name is Sara and i am 26yrs. and a mother to 2 beautiful boys.

I had a Vaginal birth with my 1st child and an Elective C/S with my 2nd son. This has given me a much broader insight and experience into birth and pregnancy.

I am currently studying to be a Doula (also known as a birth attendant) through Optimum Birth, so i am searching for 3 births to attend for my training. I will also commence studying on a lactation course early September so i will be able to help with breastfeeding too.

I'm offering my services to help you with your pregnancy, labour and birth journey. Because I am a student and still gaining experience, I am currently not charging a fee.

I would like to offer the following services

* On call 24hrs leading up to the birth
* Support with breastfeeding, however much you need.
* A weekly visit for the first month
* 1 post natal hospital visit
* Minimum 2 pre-natal visits and more can be arranged if need be
* Unlimited email and telephone consults
* Complete support for your labour
* To provide you with any info you need

I would also love to attend homebirths as well.
