Laura, if you get a 25 post count and become a BellyBelly Member instead of Registered User, then the normal platinum memberships should show up.

I am still having problems upgrading to a lifetime member as I am only get the options to upgrade from Platinum to Lifetime after 1 year for $99 but I am not a platinum member & need to pay the $129.95. Could this have something to do with the number of posts??

Also I seem to be stuck on 9 for the number of posts, it hasn't seem to change even though I have posted. Also I can't seem to PM.
Sorry for putting this here but I am also having problems using the contact us section so I wasn't sure where else to raise these issues??

Hello NJD.

You can't PM until you have 25 posts, which is that issue for you

As for the straight to Lifetime - this has something to do with your post number has well, it may have to be done through Kat or Kelly directly, hopefully they will be able to help you out.

Not sure why it wouldn't be adding to your post number - the forum seems to have been eating posts and having a few glitches over the last couple of days (for me at least!), it could be something to do with that or KAthryn may be able to answer your question.

Posts in the introduce yourself don't go toward your post count as that forum is pruned regularly to keep the database smaller. The other forums don't get pruned off as often so get on out there and join in

We made a small post count of 25 posts a requirement to be able to send PM's due to spammers harassing via the PM system.

Hi, I paid for platinum membership yesterday but am unsure where to access the "platinum area"? To set up avitar? or when my status changes to "Platinum member"

Kylie, your status will chance to platinum when the receipt comes in from Paypal (if that's how you paid). Then you will be able to see the Platinum area. Once you have that access, there is a sticky in the Life Membership area which gives you the details of everything you need to know to get an avatar.

With a bank account you can still use paypal but it can take up to five days to swap over and hit accounts.

Oh bugger...maybe the membership needs to be activated by admin because it was purchased as a gift then....

Perhaps when some mods/admin come online they can help you out a bit more....sorry i wasnt much use!
