Pregnancy Fitness Class in the BellyBelly Pregnancy Centre (Monday nights)

At 7pm on Monday nights, Midwife and personal trainer Caroline Shearer will run a safe and gentle pregnancy fitness class at 7-8pm. A maximum of 8 will be in the class.

It costs $20 pp and Caroline will be available after class to chat and take your questions. She is absolutely gorgeous, such a warm and caring person, you'll love her

I think I have booked! but not sure I can afford the $20 each week - eeeek might have to make it fortnightly!!!

It is a bit more expensive than standard classes but much more personal, small groups and a midwife too who loves what she does
