Default Vitamin Deficiency.

I was just wondering if anyone knew a website or anything that has a list of the vitamins and symptoms or something that you may get if you're lacking a certain viatmin.

I hope that makes sense and I've posted in the right section.

Thanks in advance for any help.

xoxo.

No I don't sorry, do you know what you think you are deficient in?

I have a few deficiencies that I'm working through this year, iron, B12, D and iodine.

It's my DP.
Mostly he just falls asleep whenever he sits down. He can't even keep his eyes open while feeding our son.. so it's wearing me out having to 'monitor' him.

He's very stubbon and I'm trying to help him and give him a little push to go to the doctors just to get checked out, but no luck as yet.
I was thinking maybe he was deficient in some vitamins or something.
Then I could see if he has any other symptoms too.

Btw, Thanks for replying, Christy. <3

Look a very good thing for lethargy is B vitamins. I have to get an injection every 6 weeks of B12. You can get it through eating red meat 5 times a week and eating green leafy vegetables. My diet consisted of greens and meat but my body wasn't able to absorb it. I take supplements, and find a huge difference after a few days.
