Hey all. No I haven't tested yet. DF is wanting me to wait until I'm a week overdue so I don't mind. Won't waste my money on a test in case I do get AF... and if I DO get AF (which feels like she's going to come any day now) I wanna get it either tonight, tomorrow or the day after because I'll finish the day before the wedding if I do! Had ALOT of creamy CM, but as soon as I see one little iddy bit of EWCM, I'll know that AF will be along the next day (always seems to be the way nowerdays)
Anyways, I'm just popping in to see how everyone is. Hope your all good. time to go have a shower, I miss showers

So close only a week away, you must be thrilled.
What happened to your wedding plans Ash?
Hope everyone else in well, I'm very tired cause Charli hasn't been sleeping much lately and during the day im not really getting a chance to sleep cause she's barely sleeping then as well and DP just doesn't seem to be able to settle her (he hardly tries mind you cause he thinks that she didnt settle for him last time so she wont this time)
I was hoping to go back to sleep this morn but its almost 8 and we are supposed to be takin alyssa to the beach so i doubt that will happen.
Hope everyone has a good weekend and i hope the weather gets better for you over there Sally. |

good morning ladies!
well i was on here a while back but kind of dissapeared in the LTTTC forums but im glad to say im back here with some good news! i got a BFP on the 2/1/09!!! i know its not a pregnancy forum but i kond of felt out of place before but now i dont!
alyssas mum- HI i remember you from last time you were like a week overdue! i see you had the bubba! such a cute pick, congratulations hun!
Liz- Hi i see your getting married wow! i got engaged at xmas and we arent getting married until july 2010 but i cant wait! hope to see some pics! have a wonderful time! also i see you have been trying a while aswell, good luck with everything, if u need to talk about it or need any advice, just PM me as i dont mind!
to everyone else hope u had a great new year!
AFM- well i have been trying to get pregnant for 2 years and had one loss in may last year, we found out my DF had "bad" sperm and that we would have to get IVF so we spent the last 3 months shopping for specialists, got our referral booked into a urologist, got DF tested a few more times for numerous things then walla! a new year surprise! after 21 months of dissapointment! im still very nervous and still need a BT but im quietly confident, what makes me any different from anyone else, I CAN have a baby!
ME 21 DF 21
BFP 2/1/09!!!

Ash - What happened with your plans? Was it just money? Time most definitely has snuck up on us... It feels like only yesterday we were stressing that nothing was ready with 3 months to go!
Trini - Thanks hun, though I don't expect that BFP any time soon, I've got all sorts of cramps that you could/would imagine (though I do admit, they don't feel too much like AF cramps right now) I just hope AF holds out until after the wedding if it's any time after the 5th of January
Kirra - I just can't wait to get it over and done with.. It sounds REALLY mean, but we've had so much $h!t going on in the past three or so months that it would just be good to finally have it done and have the chance to relax. That and I'm actually in a very bad mood with DF right now so I'm happy that it's not today and next week!
21 - I think I remember you for a while ago. Congrats on the BFP, I'm still the only one who's not got one in the past 12 months! LOL!
AFM - I'm off to work.... again! All I seem to do is work, come home and sleep, work, come home and sleep. Probably why I'm in such a bad mood with DF. He was going out with a friend yesterday and told his brother that he was going to try his hardest to convince me to go. When he picked me up, all he could do was convince me to catch the train back home so he could go out with the friend, and when I did say 'Just take me to the damn train station then' he was in such a hurry to get me to one that I honestly didn't feel loved. For so long I've been working my buns off and he doesn't even wanna spend the time with me.......
Sorry for the vent, I've gotta head off to work. Have a good weekend all (I'll be working all weekend - le sigh)
Oh, and don't worry, you'll all get to see plenty of photos when I manage to get them up!

Kirra - I was, until we moved and I packed them in a box that was going into storage! Silly me! I am however ordering some and hoping they get here some time next week so I can take them on the honeymoon with me. Our honeymoon is in Melbourne, and I can't wait because working at Burswood Casino we can't play in there... But we CAN play in Crown Casino and I miss playing and gambling a little! Think I might need to make a trip to Melbourne once every three months or so
Well, 6 days to go now... Getting nervous and.... off to work for the last time as a Regnault (which will be my maiden name soon!)

I'm sorry AF turned up as well, but she's been and gone and now the fest begins! We've planned on BDing every 2nd day until around the time of O (then it'll be every day) then we've got a damn good chance! We've got the excuse of being newlyweds anyways I just get ultra jealous seeing people that have been TTC for only one or two (or even three) months getting when there's been us, who's been trying (on and off mind you) for 14 months! I mean, granted, we've only been TTC properly for 2 months (this is our third month), but I would hope that I'd get somewhere close by now!
We had DFs nans funeral today and being a pallbearer hit home to how much they're including me in everything. It was a beautiful service and she looked so peaceful and beautiful.
We've now got the rehearsal tomorrow and the bucks/hens nights Friday and Saturday being the big day! UGH I can't wait for SUNDAY!

Wow 2 days, GL with your rehearsal and Hens night.
I should prob get a wriggle on and start looking into what to do for my sisters hens night. Any ideas anyone?
She's settled on a black and fushia as the colours for the wedding, it was purple and silver but she changed her mind cause she likes the looks of pink dresses and they are easier to come by than purple.
Miss Charli slept sooo well last night from 8.15pm - 6.20am and only woke up once between then at 1am for a her feed and went straight back to sleep. I love it when she sleeps like that at night.

2 days! ahhhh exciting!!! dont worry about the TTC time period liz.. remember it took me 2 years. Its a pain but just keep in the back of your mind ........one day, u will have your forever baby.
Kirra - glad Charli slept well.. Mia went down about 8:30pm lastnight and i woke her at 11:30pm (dreamfeed) and she slept till bout 7:30 this morning so cant complain. Just wish she would give me a break during the day. But that said, she is asleep now. Its the afternoon time when she turns abit feral lol.

Charli isnt the best sleeper during the day, that said today she has been good. lol. But arvo's she barely sleeps at all and is really sooky.
We got some infacol for her yesterday and she seems really settled today so it must be helping.
Off to make some cupcakes with alyssa while charli is sleeping | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
