Deb – im sorry you couldn’t be there to share your SIL special day, but Im sure you telegram was beautiful and probably made her mascara run! Im happy though that things are moving in a good direction with DH.
Michelle – any though on names yet?? Christmas is around the corner you know
Spring - hope you are ok hun :hugs:
How are all the other lovelies?
Im ok, Miss A has been sick with some sort of virus thing, she has had a bit of a temp and vomiting, she didn’t vomit last night and although is better and eating a bit more she is still not her usual self. Im hoping its just one of those 48 hour things and she all better by tomorrow.
Have a nice day,
Lisa XX

Hi
Its been a little quiet in here lately. I hope everyone is ok and just being busy with bubs.
I am 1 happy mummy today. I had Sage weighed today and had to look at the scales twice and he's now 8.35kgs. I had secretly wanted him to hit 8kgs by his birthday and he's done it. WOOHOO.
And he is now taking steps while I'm holding onto him and he walks around the coffee table. He sure is proud of himself
Take Care

Ooh yeah, I know exactly what you mean. It's going to be awful, but if you get results like we have, you've got a whole lot to look forward to!!!
And I promise I'll come as often as I can to help keep you sane!

Well I hope these little people start sleeping properly - sending sleepy vibes your way Mako!
I cannot believe it is a year ago since I was in hospital and a year on Tuesday since Imogen Gail made her very dramatic entrance into this world! She is still so teeny - keeping to the predictions of the paeds she is 3-4months behind her peers - but with more development in some areas than others. Her fine motor is exceptional - but she isnt quite sitting alone yet. Sometimes I worry, mostly I just know this is Im and she will get there!
I did an interview with the Sunday Mail this week - the article will be in this Sunday's Sunday Mail for all you Qlders otherwise I guess it will be online if you want a squizz. Of course it's on my pet miscarriage and stillbirth - it is baby's day next week - did you all know that the last government pledged 800 000 dollars to Bonny Babes to help fund research/assist families that have lost children and the new government hasn't honoured it... Anyway it's all in the paper tomorrow.
It's wet and cold here and we are having a DVD fest! Pop corn, malteesers and hot chocolate.... Not for me still low carbs andslowly all the weight is coming away. The steroids really did a number on me!
Have a lovely weekend my lovelies...

Thanks eveyone for your messages on Harry's B'day
Mako: Glad to hear the lad is sleeping a bit better for you. How long now until Sage's B'day party?
Lisa: I hope Miss A is feeling better. Vomiting bugs are aweful so you have my sympathy.
Willow: How are you hun? Thinking of you and your precious little angel.
Deb: Wow, your little girl is turning one. What an amazing little lady she is. I hope she has a wonderful B'day on Tuesday.
Not much happening here. Just thought I'd pop in and say Hi. Oliver is doing great, he is such an awesome little boy, such a personality developing (along with some pretty impressive hissy fits). I'm really enjoying this age.
Lv Spring
ETA: Deb I'm trying to find the article in the Sunday mail. What is the title of the story?

Of course I don't like the photo! I look huger than I feel! But Immy does look cute - thanks Bek...
Spring it's on page 34 and the title is A Miracle at Last.
They have incorrectly termed my losses as stillbirths - which of course they technically were but as you all know a stillbirth is only termed as such after 20 weeks. I was disappointed that they didn't quote all the gritty stuff - but it at least advertises the plight that so many face...

So it's not just me? Bummer, it's too late to go out searching for the paper now. I'm cranky at myself for not getting the paper earlier today. I'd love to have seen you and Immy IRL and read the article.

I looked for the article today (well yesterday now) too and couldn't find it Would have been lovely to see you and Immy again Deb
All well here - just tired from work. The little man is so very cute that it makes me feel guilty at times to be including a new addition to his world. He will notice the changes - both good and bad. Is this normal to feel like you just can't see how you could adore another little person as much as the one you finally managed to get?? Am I just having a normal mummy to be moment or should I talk through this some more??
Anyway - must try to get to bed without waking the little one. He woke last night when I got home (just before 2am) and then continued to play until 4am Let's just say I am somewhat sleep deprived from having to go back to work today despite my sweet DH leaving me in bed this morning while he managed the little one.
Love and squishy hugs to you all. Chat soon ......

Spring Sage's party is on the 25th. His actual birthday is the 23rd though.
Deb Happy 1st birthday to Immy I hope you all have a lovely day.
Willow Hope you are ok hun
Michelle I was going to say something to you about the time of night/morning you posted but thought I better not considering what the time is now
I hope you are all ok. I'm pretty sure the thoughts and feelings are "normal" hun. I often wonder how could I love another bub as much as I love Sage.I'm sure when bub arrives you'll be soooo in love all over again sweety
The reason I'm up at this rediculous hour is because I've not long come home from hospital with Sage. He started vommiting at 10pm and he continued to do so for an hour. He freaked his mummy out when he wouldn't lift his head up and went floppy. He was soooo lethargic and went down hill really fast,so dh drove us to emergency where they monitored him for about 90 mins and decided to send us home with some hydrolyte iceblocks and drinks. So needless to say I'm watching him like a hawke now. We have an appointment with our gp in the morning but I'm sure we won't get done what I'd booked the appt for now.Never mind as long as he starts to get better soon as mummy lost it when she was telling the triage nurse why we were there
