BTW Mel, how was the movie? lol. We saw the musical and it was fantabulastic!!! Any more movement at the station yet?? haha, couldn't resist Sorry hun, you'll prob hit me for that next time you see me now...lol.

lol thats true... I quite like ABBA though... but then, I was born in the 70's...lol

oh and cass, I liked what I saw of the movie.. some of the actors are good singers... some are not so good.. lol

ETA - thanks Amber.. I'll try to remember that I have an affirmations cd that I listen to every night.. the woman has such a funny accent though it usually just cracks me up!!!

I have my for you that Tuesday is the day Mel. Sending you lots of labour and beautiful waterbirth VBAC vibes . . .
I'm sure you read Bluedaisy's thread about why we feel pain in labour, but if not there are two pieces of info from that thread that I will never forget
#1 - remember to breath as this will ensure your bub and uterus are not starved of oxygen.
and #2 try not to be scared or anxious as this will make you produce adrenalin which slows labour.

Enjoy the last days of your pregnancy Mel.

And thats basically what was covered in hypnobirthing, and in my affirmations, so I'm all set..
