Default Resume/CV Question

I haven't had to do a resume for 3 years and I am required to send one with my application for university next year.

Since my last resume I am now married.

Half of my certificates and awards are in my maiden name and the rest are in my married name.

On my new resume, should I just put my married name?

Or should I put (nee. *********) after it?

Tough one!

I've got (nee [name]) in the header after my current name - my married name.

I also have a statment "all positions listed below I was [maiden name]" on mine, as I job changed at about the same time I got married.

Being happy is not always being perfect. Happiness can be found with someone near when you look closely and discover the good in their heart.

Thanks punkin. Is it necessary to put "nee" in there?

Which one looks better...

Amy Sarah [Name] (nee [Maiden Name])

or

Amy Sarah [Name] ([Maiden Name])

I actually haven't included my maiden name at all. I changed my CV to have my married name, and in my folder with all my certificates and the like, I take along a laminated copy of my marriage certificate. Nobody's ever even asked about it, and I think that if I didn't take it, it'd be fine. And that's in an industry where we are legally required to have all these certifications.
If you're not handing it to someone face to face, and they're just getting a bundle of CV and certifictes, then I would use "Amy Sarah [name] (nee [maiden name])"

Good luck!

Both of my parents work for and are pretty well known at the University I am applying for - so I guess it really wouldn't hurt to have my maiden name on there!!

Thanks!
