Hi all,
Hoody- He needs a good kick up the bum. Tell him it's from your girls on BB
Not too bad a night here.... Ty only woke up twice and stayed in his cot all night Dh is going away at 6am tomorrow morning and not back till Sunday night so I am trying to organise things to keep me busy so I don't miss him too much. Funny, after that FB thing happened it really seemed to clear the air and things are really great here- all lovely dovey mushy aaaaawwwww.... **vomits**
ETA- I'm posting my present today but I am going to be really slack and not wrap it. It's huge!! So, the person who gets it, don't open the PostPak, ok? I'll write a note on the outside of the pak saying the same thing.

Hoody! like nic said - hope he got some damn goods fish! lol
Tya is very tolorant and they play tug a war all the time. but she is a sook and hates if Ash grabs at her too much.
Lori - glad your all mushy again !! how sweet hehe
Well nothing interesting here. Ash's wind is starting to play up a little again and the last 2 nights have been bit hard for him. Hoping its just a little bump in the road and he'll go back to his good sleeps again.
Ooh i won my activity table on ebay last night!! yippie!! $36 - was a fight at the end hehe but not bad if it is only 6 months old from toys r us! there pretty expensive too!

Morning all..
Feeling a little down today.. Wondering if I am destined to have bad sleep.. Olivia may have slept through the night before but my day started at 4:30 yesterday.. I went to bed at 10 and managed 4 hours sleep before Olivia woke for the day 2am.. A new low.. She did drop off but neither one of us got more then 20-30 minutes at a time.. then at 4 I thought stuff you sweet heart and I left her to cry.. half an hour later I gave in.. I fed her and we both went to sleep for 20 mins.. but I have been up and out of bed since 5am..
will I ever sleep again..
On a positive note though.. We are going camping tonight.. I am looking forward to that. Its the Big4 free family night.. And if I get another bad night I don't have to go to SIL housewarming. So some good comes from crap sleep.
Lauren: yay on winning the table.. My mum bought one of those activitiy tables (basic no batteries required one) for Ethans 1st Birthday and well Olivia is now using it.. So they last
I will post my present when we get paid.. another week for me..

my MSN is ***** and thanks Lauren for being online to be my guinea pig tester
We sent out Moniques 1st birthday invites this week to both sides of the family. It will be the first time they all meet each other. I just hope it doesn't rain as it is in the park.
Lori - I try to get Monique to stay in her cot but it never happens. It was party time in our room at 4am this morning. Have fun without DH. It's nice you are all lovey dovey.
Buzzie - I hope Ash's wind eases up soon. Well done on the activity table.
Hoody - Monique has fat feet too although I do have some cute little soft shoes that she fits into. Although she can never keep shoes or socks on for any length of time. Naughty hubby (we need a shaking head icon).
I'm off to have a nap with Monique. So tired this morning.

hi everyone,
mirani has some little shoes but doesnt wear them atm. they were given to her by a friend whose little one had out grown them. but atm theyre too big and its too hot.
mirani had her appt with the surgeon yesty and have been advised to have the testes removed as they are protruding a bit and you can feel them. it doesnt look funny down there, just looks a bit swollen. she should be booked in for the op this side of xmas.
and knowing our luck, it will be either the week my mum and dad go away or on her birthday.

thats so cool Lauren
Michelle: I hope they leave the op till the new year for you guys.
We had a great night camping.. Left here at 11:30 yesterday and got home 10:30 this morning.. Wish we could have stayed th weekend but SIL has her housewarming/engagement party on and because Olivia slept well I have to go
We went swimming anf we dunked Olivia under.. got her to swim about a metre under water.. She loved it and kept trying to put her head back under.. Might invest in a pool so she sleeps at night!

We were dunking Tallon from about 8 months I think hehe. Kayla hasn't even been for a swim yet! Poor little pet. Good news is tho, Tallon went in his swimming lesson all on his own! He didn't need me in with him! Woot! So hopefully this will continue, and I can start lessons with Kayla at the same time next term
ETA: wow lauren.. thats cool! Heaps bigger than I thought it was going to be.. I imaged a small box with lots of locks all up next to each other. hehe. You might regret this when he's tall enough to unlock the front door! LMAO.

Yesterday. LOL. It was kinda last minute.. on the way there I asked him if he wanted to just swim with Mel (the teacher) and mummy can watch, and I said mummy could get in later if he really wanted me. He wasn't keen, but wasn't devestated like other times.. and I promised him popcorn afterwards if he swam without mummy, and he was great! He did what the teacher said, waited along the wall while the teacher took another kid for a swim.. he was just sooo good, and I was so excited LOL. So I get a few lessons off before getting in with Kayla! yay!

yeh she has been swimming a few times but we haven't ever dunked her completly till yesterday.. It is really nervy at first but you just go ok on 3 we go under the water and you count 1 2 3 and go under.. Sometimes they splutter to begin with but they are fine. Or you can bob up and down and slowly take them under.. like go to his neck first then to his chin then his lip then his mouth and so on

Yeah, if you do it often enough, and especially if you count each time, they learn to shut their eyes and stuff. They usually get all spluttery if you do it without them expecting it. So once they expect it (like if they know it's on 3) then it's not so bad. But you can't guarantee that they're listening to you counting LOL.
