Stretch marks with pg # 2
Hi there
I'm just wondering, with your second pregnancy did you get the same / more or less stretch marks as you did with your first?
I've only got a few small ones on my sides and was just wondering whether my second pregnancy would result in more or the same as the skin had already been stretched with my first?
Thanks in advance

I didn't get any at all with Izzy but since around 30 weeks I have them all around my belly button going out.....I would have thought the skin had been stretched already but who knows. I still use Bio-Oil and cocoa butter like I did with Izzy but instead of prevention I'm hoping it will cause them to fade faster!

I only got them on my boobs with DD1.
The only thing different with my other 2 was one little one near my hip with DS.

Despite putting on less weight (about 6 kilos) the second time round, I still stretched! I guess bubs was sitting in a different position....I was pretty peeved though! Thankfully this time my boobs didn't cop a hiding. First time round it looked like a tiger had strached me across the chest! Ouch!

Mine got worse, alot worse. But DS was alot bigger then DD and I also had excess amniotic fluid (polyhydramniosis), so my belly was huge! I have really severe stretchmarks now

Thanks for your replies girls, I guess it has a lot to do with the size of bubs as well, DS was only 6lb 5oz so obviously if i had a bigger bub I'd stretch more!
