Question Sore lump in episiotomy scar?

Sorry for TMI...

Its been 3 weeks tomorrow since i had my son and my episiotomy seems to have healed well...i think all the stitches have dissolved but about 3-4 days ago a lump appeared and its still there... its sort of at the entrance of my vagina and is on the episiotomy scar.. when i feel it it feels like its inthe episiotomy scar IYKWIM.. its more like an internal lump rather than one on the surface of the skin. Its quite tender to touch and is about the size of a pea. When i look down there it looks a bit puffy where the lump is.
Has anyone had anything like this? Its not terribly sore but i know its there and its painful when i wipe. I've googled it and a few sources mention endometriosis can occur in episiotomy scar tissue.. my mum had endometriosis, could this be a possibility? I thought maybe its a hemroid as i get them from time to time but i thought they only occur in the rectal area not on the vagina??? Could it be an ingrown hair caught in the scar tissue?
I don't know whether to wait it out and see if it resolves itself or make a trip to my Dr.. i'm more inclined to wait it out coz its pretty hard to get out of the house at the moment with a newborn and toddler and i'd have to take them with me to the Dr..
Anyone else had anything like this?
