Default NuvaRing (Contraceprive Ring)
Has anyone tried this? Heard of this? Know anything about this???

I am looking for an alternative to the pill for after I finish breastfeeding, and I need it to be reliable, but I dont want the hormones from the pill....

TIA!!!!!
