*TMI warning*
Ok I'm a bit paranoid at the moment as you probably see by my mood I swear that god wants us to be breeders.
I fell pregnant on the pill with DD1 we chose to have DD2, DF and I (TMI) DTD last night for the first time in ages I am BF and on the mini pill which there is still a reasonable chance of pregnancy so I got DF to take precaution and wrap IYKWIM. The first one broke and so did the second one!!!!! what are the chances of that happening!!! we did everything right and they were 2 different brands well and truly within the expiration date. so now I am pooing myself hoping that the pill is working fine and we didn't conceive last night.
Normally I wouldn't mind but I'm going to Bali in March and it's way to soon to be pregnant again another scary thing is it was the exact same date last year that we conceived DD2 7th of november OMG
Has anyone fallen pregnant while BF and on the minipill?

Kel .... I can't answer your question cause I can't take the mini pill - I tried it after #3 and had nothing but mood swings and migraines which didn't stop until about 4 or 5 days after I stopped taking the pill ...

However, as you can prolly tell, alot of the lovely ladies around here are anxiously watching a thread which I started which is very similar to yours!

Yeah a friend of mine got pg on the mini pill and thinks she may be pg with #3 now (her second is 3 mo). OMG - both of them broke?!? That's crazy!
Are you taking your pill at exactly the same time every day? And did you dtd within three hours of taking the pill?

Nothing for it but to wait it out, hey. Try not to stress. (and sorry, this probably isn't helpful, but at least you'll know that if you are pg this baby REALLY wanted to be conceived! LOL!)

LMAO yeah It would be a pretty eager baby probably a go getter all its life! I have my alarm set on my phone so I don't forgot (I still have baby brain bad) and DTD would have been after 3 hours.
BOTH broke he stopped to check the first one then yep broke then after we finished he said your not going to belive this the second one broke. We even used the larger sizes because we've heard that if they are too small they can break easy (DF feels good about that one

Well, it sounds like you're doing the right things with the pill. And with BF too you'd hope that'd give you the protection you need even without the condoms. Nuthin more you can do, mate. Try to keep positive

Kel, I know it's stressful, and no laughing matter, but wouldn't it be funny if we ended up belly buddies again!!

Seriously hun, I can understand how you feel, like it's too early for another one, and especially what you've been through recently

But we're all here for you chicky!

oh wow that certainly sounds stressful. I guess all i can say is if it i ment to be it will be Not that that brings much comfort tho. Its funny how just when we think we are stretched to our limits something happeneds and we stretch a bit more and end up achieving things we just didn't know we could do. BIG HUGS SWEET

Sorry I don't know if I'm understanding properly, he used two condoms simultaneously?

If that's what happened and they both broke, it's probably because they're not designed to be used that way, the friction between them is what causes the breakage. One is really better than two. Having said that, if you're on the mini-pill and taking it at the same time every day, the chances of you being pg are very minimal!

nope he didn't wear them at the same time the first one broke then we got another one and that one broke too. For some strange reason DF isn't rushing me to go get the morning after pill (not like him) but hey I'm sure it's ok just a little freaky. Normally I wouldn't worry about being pregnant but I don't want to be over in Bali and 4 months pregnant I want a beach body this summer dammit

MM- LMAO about being belly buddies again and the same due month as well
