He is watching me

Hi

well as some of you are aware my husband craig passed away on the 11th august.

some strange things have been happening, im sure he is with me still.

11th august,
i drive to the hspital to visit him, i have a premanition, that when i arrive they move him to ICU and he doesnt make it, i start getting upset, and shake my head thinking....why are you thinking like that....

3pm arrive at hospital, he is in coronary care, the nurse pulls me aside, before i can see him, and tells me there moving him to ICU, I say to her i was expecting it........

around 7pm, i send a text message to everone in his phone, saying he is in ICU on life support, two of my close belly belly girls receive the message ( one in nsw and the other in vic) i live in newcastle area.

just after 9pm craig passes away, little did i know the 2 BB girls were speaking on the phone at this time to each other, vic girl tells the nsw, he has just passed i can feel it, then craig visits her, telling her tell chrissy " im sorry, i wasnt ready to go, he had a smeark on his face and he was numb down his left side...now i did not know this till a couple of weeks later.

when craig passed away he died with a grin on his face, and i was holding his left side, and i sat there for a few hours with him, the entire time was his left side, my father commented that he has a smeark on his face when he arrived.

next morning 12th audgust

4am i post on BB that he passed away.

my brother and SIL have a house around the corner( we lived there for a year) a few years back.

she was asleep and could here someone playing pool, and sinking balls....she assumed it was my brother, but he was next door with the neighbours, she went to invistigate, the table was set up for a game with 3 balls sunk, but no one was playing.......then later on that day, the door opened, which she heard and looked around, again no one was there.......i didnt know this either to a couple of weeks ago.


a couple of weeks later my parents are here, and the door opens, and mum says look christine the door just opened, and i just laugh saying its craig hes in the house, i can feel him, then the door closes, she freaks out a bit, but i just laugh ( mind you i did not see the door open/close)

forward a month, and im planning on a trip to sydney to go out with a few freinds for a couple of nights, my car breaks down on the way, luckily for me i lend my sil car,( i tell craig what are you doing to me, why dont you want me to go? ) when i sydney his best freind trys it on, and i feel attraction, but later i relise its craig im craving not the best freind, the next weekend best freind is supposed to come to my place to stay and i arrange babysitters to go out, but his car breaks down.......so he doesnt come ( and i was pretty happy)

i was at my mums a couple of nights ago, and woke up to see a figure standing over me, it was a shadow looking figure......

yes i realise that im over anaylising everything atm, but things are just a bit weird, im sure he is here with me still, and playing some tricks as well

oh i forgot to add, i am moving next week and the name of the street is called CRAIGEND.........

What a beautiful comfort knowing that Craig is with you. He will always be close to you and will be there to watch over you and your children.

yeh he is still with you

if the kids get freaked out a bit when they see him - explain to them that their daddy is there and he's keeping an eye on them because he'll always love them and they can talk to him and not be frightened.

After dad died, my bedroom door used to open every night, just enough for a head to stick through to check on me - which was what dad used to do every night when he was alive.

He is most defineatly with you Chrissy. I am glad you are embracing it, most would be too scared. He must have some unfinished business still, possibly just making sure your alright before he 'really' goes kwim. Enjoy these moments Chrissy. Just a little bit of topic, bit disapointed the best friend tried it on you, I mean christ you've only just lost your husband....

Sounds like he is still sending you messages.

Another thing I noticed when my friend passed away were significant songs popping onto the radio and TV - see if this happens too.

Funny you say that Gargy but my grandma said the same thing when my pop died.

He sure is still with you and your gorgeous kids. I bet it's comforting knowing he is still there watching over you and making sure you know he's there still. What a sweet man.

It's lovely to know he is still there with you Chrissy.

My mum lost her first DH when she was 21 & my brother was only 3 months old. Her DH stayed around visiting her every night until she met my dad & her fist DH said his goodbyes to her & left. When I was younger I thought maybe she was making it up (horrible of me I know but I was only a child & it sounded very strange to me) but now I have no doubt thats the way things happened.

Hearing your story made me think of my mums experience.
